A- Gather, record and update customer information in the client database
B- Maintain and follow-up system of contact for business prospects with CRM database
C- Timely answer and manage assigned Qualified Leads Follow a clear and defined Qualification Process in the company’s CRM.
D- Working towards daily, monthly & quarterly KPI metrics.
