1-Administrative Clerk
Full Time
Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- S/he is responsible to process the issuance of uniform and other stationery items for Motor Pool staff from the Warehouse stock and update the Motor Pool ShareDrive and SharePoint in a timely manner
B- S/he is responsible to maintain leave record, prepares staff overtime and weekly overtime spreadsheet for check and balance.
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum two (2) years of experience in administrative, clerical, customer services or office management field is required
B- The incumbent must possess elementary arithmetic skills, ability to use calculator, office correspondences, computer skills (MS Word & MS Excel) and basic bookkeeping skills.
C- Completion of higher secondary school (12 years of education) is required.
D- Level III (good working knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing of English and Urdu are required. English language skills may be tested.
