Job Responsibilities:

A- Assist to define and monitor strategies adapted to the readiness and maturity of the market for CRM.
B- Define and implement the rewards strategy of the market.
C- Ensure personalization and optimal client targeting of all communications to maximize the impact and reach of communications.
D- Responsible for directly managing internal customer database and CRM platform (including Loyalty, App CRM, and Delivery).

Job Requirements:

A- Age 24 – 30 Years
B- Minimum Education Bachelors
C- 3 Years (Recent experience in retail, QSR preferred. Strong background in developing and managing customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies.)
