1-Assistant HR Manager
Full Time
Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Ensure Center/Division’s activities are compliant with the organizations and external donor policies and guidelines
B- Manages and updates the salary structure.
C- Tracks merit pay increases and runs reports as required.
D- Manages compensation and benefits for all country staff and ensures adherence to local labor laws, practices and Pathfinder norms.
Job Requirements:
A- 5 years’ experience as an Assistant HR Manager, or a similar role
B- Certification in Human Resources
C- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience that yields the required competencies
D- Advanced knowledge of best practices for establishing policies, procedures, and practices that are aligned to Pathfinder polices and local labor law
