1-Assurance Manager
Full Time
Gwadar, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Continuously aim for efficiency, improvements automation and excellence in service delivery.
B- Ensure that impacts due to forecasted periodic maintenance are reported and agreed with the customer.
C- Trigger SW update / upgrade based on Life cycle management.
D- Responsible for coordinating the Incident Management status customer reporting meetings as part of the MS Governance Model.
Job Requirements:
A- 10+ years in the networking industry which includes at least last 3+ years in a team lead and product management function.
B- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a closely related field.
C- Demonstrated experience in performing technical work of complex difficulty across various aspects of network technology infrastructure design and implementations.
