Job Responsibilities:

A- Maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
B- Contacting consumers via outbound calls for post purchase hyper care sales calls.
C- Responsible for the monitoring, modification, and validation of orders to ensure optimal sales.
D- Continually develop their skill sets in line with the changing industry & regulatory environment.

Job Requirements:

A- preferred to have experience or knowledge with HubSpot CRM
B- Intermediate ability in MS Office Applications, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
C- Experience with use of relevant call centre software programs (experience with HubSpot is a plus)
D- Minimum 12-18 months experience in a multi-channel (e.g. hotline, chat bot and emails) Contact Center Environment.
