Job Responsibilities:
A- Manage HC reporting and costing for corporate functions
B- Support Sr. HRBP Corporate in tasks pertaining to Corporate functions
C- Manager New Hires, Leavers, Lateral Moves & Promotions in the system
D- Facilitate talent discussions and strengthen talent pipeline in corporate
Job Requirements:
A- Excellent people management skills
B- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
C- A Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or equivalent from reputable university
D- Minimum 1- 2 years of working experience in HR and generalist scope from FMCG or multinational company is required for this position
