A- Develop capability/ services Catalogue for DBS Pakistan.
B- Develop Continuous Improvement mindset across the teams.
C- Provide alignment between cross functional areas, Pillars and initiatives.
D- Deploy AIMs across hub (apply E&T main roles: methodology, training and coaching).

Job Requirements:

A- Knowledge of mapping different processes.
B- Deliver high quality Customer Satisfaction Levels on HR services KPI’s.
C- 5 or more years in HR, marketing, Operations, Project Management, Finance.
D- Experience in SAP, Change management, Business excellence and process simplification.
