1-Desktop Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:
A- Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks
B- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
C- Walk users through installing applications and computer peripherals
D- Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
Job Requirements:
A- 2 to 3 years hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
B- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
C- Bachelors in Computer Science or relevant field
D- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
