Job Responsibilities:
A- Handle billing recoveries, chargebacks, disputes, and account abuses
B- Timely act on abuse alerts and reach customers to resolve their issues
C- Share customers’ feedback with internal teams for product improvement
D- Interact with customers (via chats, emails, calls, etc.) to answer their billing queries
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelors (in any discipline)
B- Effective written and verbal English communication with native fluency & ability to listen
C- Remote work experience will be a PLUS.
D- Strong ownership & resilient to pressure
