Job Responsibilities:
A- Work with the team on day to day HR operational matters as and when required
B- Monitor critical HR metrics and use the findings to suggest new initiatives
C- Ensure awareness of organization’s values and integrate them into the various HR processes
D- Actively build talent pipeline through the use of robust tools
Job Requirements:
A- A learning mindset willing to tackle complex problems with creative solutions
B- Experience of managing diverse stakeholders
C- 3-5 years of experience in an HR eccentric role (designing and executing interventions)
D- Strong communication and relationship building skills
