1-Cab Controller
Full Time
Lahore, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Achieve and maintain all performance, productivity, and quality targets.
B- Planning ahead – allocating work in advance, keeping in mind demand & supply.
C- Overlooking the dispatch system (Cordic) and over-ride the computer’s automated decisions when needed.
D- Take bookings if and when required, handling customer relations, liaising with the drivers on various issues, ensuring work is dispatched on time etc.
Job Requirements:
A- Education Intermediate/A-Level
B- 3 Years experience
C- Computer literate with good keyboard skills..
D- Strong command over Spoken-English (British Accent Preferred).
