Job Responsibilities:
A- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
B- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
C- Manage and maintain our current HRIS (Zoho People and Zoho Recruit)
D- Schedule interviews with candidates and onboard new employees using HRIS.
Job Requirements:
A- Proven work experience as an HR Executive…Minimum 1 Year
B- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
C- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
D- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
