Job Responsibilities:
A- Capture customer’s data as per defined standard operating procedures
B- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
C- Ensure compliance with all company / client policies, procedures, and practices
D- Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
Job Requirements:
A- Collaborative and Problem Solving, Listening to Customers, Customer Services Operations.
B- Minimum Education Bachelors
C- 1 Year experience
