Job Responsibilities:
A- Lead customer collaboration projects to drive continuous improvement
B- Accountability for claims processes and performance in Pakistan
C- Meet all the operational and financial performance targets and obligations
D- Drive proactive customer communication to manage on time in full delivery and timely claims resolution.
Job Requirements:
A- Familiar with SAP functionalities
B- Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or business (preferably Supply Chain, Economics, Logistics)
C- At least 7 years business experience preferably in Customer Service or Order to Cash
D- Proven track record on improvement performance
