1- Customer Service Rep

Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Provide information to customers on their account status and account balances
B- Open new bank accounts according to laid down rules and guidelines
C- Ensure that customers’ confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes
D- Promote Team Work and prove to be an effective participant of the TEAM.
Job Requirements:
A- 2-3 years’ relevant experience
B- Graduate in business related field (Masters or MBA will be preferable)
C- Strong communication skills characterized by excellent writing and speaking skills
D-Ability to use the computer efficiently and also learn how to use new software
