1- Customer Experience Specialist
Full Time
Pakistan

Job Responsibilities:
A. Deep dive into data / analytics across customer / product journeys and value chain for analyzing trends to triggering actions towards relevant teams for improvement as well as be the go-to person for customer experience management best practices.
B. Working on Customer journeys and identifying interventions that enhancing customer experience across products, channels, by addressing pain points (complaint calls etc.) or increasing delight (CSAT etc.) e.g., Product acquisition channels, Subscription funnels, Call center complaints etc.
C. Have solid, working knowledge of the Customer Care (Call Center) / Product Experience value chain and activities, within Telco, including GSM and Digital products.
D. Working with Governance team to ensure compliance to data privacy, Info Security policy etc.

Job Requirement
A.  Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors in Business or IT/CS
B.  Atleast 1 year of experience in Telco, with experience in Customer Care / Design
C. Experience of process improvement, tech knowledge (systems integrations/APIs) will be a plus
D. Basic product acquisition/engagement/funnel knowledge, with a great attention to detail to get to root cause
