Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
A- Coach and mentor more junior colleagues to build their account management effectiveness.
B- Lead, write or quality assure priority proposals.
C- Provide strategic support to proposal teams.
D- Lead and advise on complex negotiations with potential partners.
Job Requirements:
A- English teaching qualification and Postgraduate qualification in related field and/or Diploma ELT (TEFL-Q)
B- Experience in a leadership role which involves oversight and accountability for leading and/or developing and delivering blended (face to face and digital) teacher education programmes
C- Proven track record and strong experience in designing and managing international teacher development programmes which deliver outcomes for all boys and girls
