Job Responsibilities:

A- Operate SuccessFactors 2.0 module and mange technical system requirements of all the onboardings.
B- Represent onboarding team to welcome new joiner at KE and creating a memorable experience for the candidate.
C- Prepare physical file, scan, upload at XECM and handover to records team without compromising on timelines and quality.
D- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Team to get the onboarding cases being sent to SF and complete readiness of the case.

Job Requirements:

A- Bachelors in Business/Public Administration
B- 2-3 years of experience2-3 years of experience
C- Good verbal and written communication skills.
D- Good time management and organizational skills.
