1- Manager Facilities Management
Full Time
Lahore, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A. Determine and identify labour and skills required to self-perform the work or if external support (i.e. sub-contractors, mobile techs) is required.
B. After obtaining prior Approval, coordinate with Supply Chain to execute the sub-contractor hiring process.
C. Keep accurate metrics on the performance of maintenance functions and provide timely reports to the Senior Management as required.
D. Monitor equipment inventory and update asset list to add or remove equipment.
Job Requirements:
A. Masters/Bachelors (Hons)
B. 16 Years of Education.
C. Civil Engineering/Sciences Electrical Engineering/Sciences.
