Job Responsibilities:
A- Responsible for 5S and AM activities.
B- Responsible for daily hygiene monitoring of line.
C- Responsible for the functional KPIs for machine.
D- Responsible for documentaion of line regaring machine operating parameters and mass balance of raw and packing material at the end of shift.
Job Requirements:
A- DAE in Mechanical/Chemical/Food Sciences or FSc
B- 3-5 years relevant experience in any manufacturing organization/food industry /ice cream
