1-Service Desk Engineer
Full Time
Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Answering questions regarding computer applications, hardware, and software.
B- Performing troubleshooting tasks to identify and resolve technical issues.
C- Diagnose and resolve basic user issues related to hardware and software.
Job Requirements:
A- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in the same capacity
B- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT or related/relevant experience
