1-IT Service Management
Full Time
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Partner with Product Ops teams to deliver an operations strategic plan and roadmap
B- Establish and run Steering Group Reviews with the stakeholders, Regional & Ops leads and other executives to improve GSD output.
C- Develop and maintain our monitoring solutions to provide 99% uptime and user-friendly interfaces to our support teams.
D- Monitor and prioritize the open issues to expedite closure and root cause analysis to reduce recurrence and improve up-time
Job Requirements:
A- Strong Data Analytics and Problem-Solving Skills.
B- A Bachelors/ Masters in Engineering background.
C- 4-5 years of relevant experience is required.
D- Knowledge and experience with Distributed Processing Platforms (Windows, Unix, Database and Middleware), Databases (MySQL, Green Plum) and Python/R.
