Job Responsibilities:
A- Perform full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties.
B- Monitor facility management tasks on daily basis, identifies areas of improvements.
C- Handle admin. requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
D- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services.
Job Requirements:
A- Strong interpersonal, team management and follow-up skills.
B- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) with at least 1-3 years’ Admin. experience.
C- Strong career support in an international environment.
D- Able to meet project deadlines and targets in a challenging environment.
