1- Administration Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
A- Dealing with various types of vendors based on any requirements, obtaining quotations, and finalizing the contracts.
B- Help in organizing events, including ordering materials, catering, and requisitioning meeting spaces.
C- Coordinate with office administration related Government bodies and liaison with relevant concern department for regulatory compliance.
D- Support in procurement related activities to other departments and advising cost effective solutions to meet the requirements.
Job Requirements:
A- Graduate in any stream is acceptable with needed administrative experience
B- Dynamic and physically fit for the job, requires frequent movement.
C- 4+ years of related administration/public relations working experience in a similar role in the service industry.
D- Willing to work on-call at a short notice and support in ad-hoc scenarios and emergency cases.
