Job Responsibilities:
A- Coordinating with all concerned departments on all initiated PRs, CWRFs.
B- Maintain updated records of approved budget and ensure that budgetary requirements are initiated in accordance with approved budget in accordance with the time lines and cash flow approved in the budget.
C- Coordinating with the vendors for any security related procurements which do not fall under the preview of procurement department.
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum graduate preferably MBA/BBA with 2 years in private sector.
B- Proficient in MS Office in general and MS Word and MS Excel in particular
C- Possess business writing, management & communication skills.
