1-Assistant Maintenance Manager
Full Time
Sukkur, Karachi, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- On-site implementation of maintenance works within assigned region.
B- Conduct detailed site assessment and engineering survey of assigned TCF schools.
C- Check and verify contractors’ bills and claims as.
D- On site handling of maintenance and re-construction matters.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelors in Civil/Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Civil.
B- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
C- Experience in planning and supervising maintenance operations.
D- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals.
