Job Responsibilities:
A- Lodge complaints & requests to concern departments.
B- Dial outbound calls for different products & campaigns.
C- Maintain performance as per defined performance matrix.
D- Maintain required courtesy over call & accuracy in work.
Job Requirements:
A- Age: 20 – 27 Years
B- Minimum Education: Bachelors
C- Fresh – 1 Year (Experience of any Call Center or bank will be given preference, Required to work in shifts of morning, evening and night. This function remains open 24/7 thus staff is also required to attend office on gazette holidays.)
