1-Exploration Manager

Balochistan, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Implement and manage all exploration programs on budget and scope
B- Build a project portfolio aligned with Barrick´s discovery strategy
C- Negotiate and lead commercial exploration agreements
D- Develop and maintain a safe working environment for all employees, contractors, and the public while ensuring adherence to all regulatory and industry-standard working practices
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology required, Master’s Degree or PhD preferred
B- Minimum 15 years progressive experience with a strong emphasis in exploration, mineral economics, and leadership
C- Proven ability to build and execute on strategic priorities delivering significant results
