1-Business Quality Specialist
Full Time
Sheikhupura, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Ensure adherence to good hygienic practices at plant. Ensure the correct implementation and supervision of the plant pest management programme.
B- Promote quality awareness at plant. Assist in quality training for plant personnel and contractors (this includes initial quality awareness, hygiene training and training of quality staff).
C- Ensure the monitoring of key quality parameters by means of statistical process control in order to drive structured root cause analysis and continuous improvement in the quest for zero defect. Lead the factory business review of quality (BRQ).
D- Maintain full compliance of products. Ensure Compliance through SAP for all levels of relevant plant.
Job Requirements:
A- Quality related experience (FMCG industry experience is preferred)
B- Personnel Supervision (of technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties)
C- Self-Management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactive tracking
D- Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams
