Job Responsibilities:
A- To provide outstanding 24/7 customer service over the phone.
B- Catering to customers’ banking requests, answer or escalate customers’ queries & complaints related to product and services.
C- Maintaining a strong communication channel via constant coordination with nationwide branches and Head Office departments.
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum Bachelors from a reputable university
B- Excellent communication skills (good fluency in Urdu & English).
C- Capable of working under pressure & in shifts.
D- Age upto 30 Years.
