1- Administration Executive

Karachi, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
1- Knowledge of administration Operation , and facilitation management.
2- Knowledge of office maintenance and inventory of machinery, equipment, electrical and mechanical systems.
3- Knowledge of managing teams of operational staffs including lower staffs, security, transportation, etc.
4- Experience in dealing and negotiating with different types of vendors for rent, procurement, issuance and installation of office, building, hardware, and electrical items, etc. Understands and experience in maintenance of budget, accounts and contracts.
Job Requirements:
1- BA/BBA/LLB/B.com.
2- 1 to 2 year’s Experience in General Administration.
3- Strong communication skills ( Verbal & Written).
4- Strong Analytic & Strategic thinking skills.
