Job Responsibilities:
A- Implementing strategies to acquire new customers.
B- Prepare and lead the sales team meetings with clients to establish good relationship.
C- Dealing with disputes by providing effective solutions to the clients.
D- Monitor teams across Pakistan to ensure high quality customer service, and cater to customer service related problems and queries.
Job Requirements:
A- Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
B- Experience in strategy making and long-term planning aligned with company goals.
C- At least 2-3 years experience in sales, account management, distribution network, customer experience etc.
D- Strong communication skills with experience in managing a diverse team of individuals successfully and setting clear targets and goals of the team.
