1-Communications Officer

Job Responsibilities:
A- Identify possible communications challenges or risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
B- Draft and edit Op-Eds, letters-to-the-editor, pitches, press releases, blogs, and social media content
C- Develop and conduct communications and media trainings for program leadership, staff, and grantees.
D- Manage the production of digital and print content, events, and campaigns on key Open Society issues, managing projects through from beginning to end
Job Requirements:
A- Educated to degree level in a relevant field
B- Excellent English and Chinese-language writing and editing ability, as well as verbal skills
C- Proven skills in the development and project management of communications strategies and plans
D- In-depth knowledge of the Asia-Pacific region, or a sub-region, and key open society issues
