Job Responsibilities:
1- Perform Recon for platinum customers
2- Receiving and Depositing Customer Payments
3- Provide outstanding payment details to customers with old OD.
4- Manage overdues and ensure complaint resolutions for Bronze/Un-managed accounts
Job Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2- Language proficiency Urdu & English (verbal & written skills).
3- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
4- Proficient in relevant computer applications [MS-Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook].
