Job Responsibilities:
A- Providing outstanding customer service.
B- Prospect new opportunities across assigned verticals.
C- Resolving phone and email customer inquiries – Online customer queries.
D- Processing and logging incoming calls – Incoming emails, & online tickets.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s in business administration or Mass Communication.
B- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
C- Strong people skills and ability to build good customer relations.
D- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a SaaS-based environment.
