Job Responsibilities:
A- Perform successful troubleshooting on customers’ products and provide accurate and efficient resolutions
B- Maintain the highest level of service by dealing with customers in a friendly, efficient, and an attentive manner
C- Provide assistance to customers with the claim filing process, including approving and denying claims via phone call
D- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum Education Intermediate/A-Level
B- Experience Less than 1 Year
