1-Customer Support Specialist
Full Time
Karachi, Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Maintain swift responses to customers through phone call
B- Perform successful troubleshoot on customers’ products and provide accurate and efficient resolutions
C- Stay up to date by researching similar product symptoms to provide accurate solutions
D- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices
Job Requirements:
A- O Levels/Matric or above
B- Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication
C- Proficiency with MS Office (Particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
D- American or neutral accent
