Job Responsibilities:
A- Implement virus detection and eradication procedures
B- Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
C- Diagnose printer and other peripheral devise failures and implement repair solutions
D- Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
Job Requirements:
A- 3+ years corporate desk side support experience with strong emphasis supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10
B- Experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware on Lenovo PCs
C- Experience with basic hardware printer support
