1-Executive Assistant
Full Time
Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Maintain an executive filing system, in line with IOM Data Protection Principles.
B- Establish and maintain an external contacts database to serve the mission overall.
C- Prepare correspondence, directives, memos for CoM’s signature and follow-up when required.
D- Assist daily administrative duties, including maintenance of mission and programme files in accordance with the existing mission’s filing system.
Job Requirements:
A- Fluency in English and Urdu.
B- Experience in fields of Executive, Secretory, Finance and Admin.
C- Experience working with UN agency, NGO’s Companies and Banks or international organization (Essential)
D- Bachelors or Equivalent or Higher Degree in Business Administration, International Studies or related field with three years of progressively responsible experience in the related areas.
