1- Facility Coordinator
Full Time
Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Energy Management of existing stores/warehouses.
B- Keeping central record of all repairs and maintenance work done and its cost.
C- Carry out planned preventive maintenance in coordination of procurement and end users, taking access, through 3rd party or in-house teams, maintaining SLAs/contracts etc.
D- Ensure all properties are properly and timely maintained and all the changes done at a store/warehouse are timely recorded.
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.
B- Must have an Engineering degree or equivalent administrative experience.
C- Looking for candidates from Facility Management industry with prior experience or similar role.
