Job Responsibilities:
A- Resolution of delinquent accounts by recovering due/outstanding amount.
B- To ensure that all given visits and pickups are being attempted on time through efficient field visits.
C- To ensure that customer’s query/complaints are properly resolved and should be highlighted to the next level.
D- Make sure that all collection processes are followed on time & as per policy
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum Education Intermediate/A-Level
