Job Responsibilities:
A- Technical recruitment (specifically IT recruitment)
B- Proficient job posting and advertisements on various job posting platforms
C- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
D- Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction
Job Requirements:
A- 4+ years experience in Technical Recruitment
B- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
C- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
D- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.
