Job Responsibilities:
A- Manage logs of calls/emails/faxes/letters marked to Unit Head
B- Draft official correspondence (letters/notes/summaries, memos etc.)
C- Book meeting rooms, car, hotel, workshop venue etc. for official purpose
D- Manage all office files, emails/ records, and maintain data base in hard and soft form of the Unit Head
Job Requirements:
A- Age 30 – 65.
B- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least ten years of relevant work experience in Public/Private Sector organization.
C- Prior experience of working in similar capacity in government department, donor funded programs is highly.
