Job Responsibilities:
A- Manage and lead the HRBP team to deliver on the HR strategy.
B- Manage and effectively rollout HR transformation and change initiatives in the organization.
C- Maintain visibility and control over headcount & prepare hiring plans with HR Business Partners.
D- Engage, enable & facilitate leaders at all levels in using development & performance enhancement tools.
Job Requirements:
A- Understanding & command on SAP HCM, Oracle, Workday etc.
B- MBA or Masters in HR from HEC recognized University
C- 10 – 12 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP Role with a combination of Talent, Rewards, Policy & Organization Design.
