1-HR Associate
Full Time
Peshawar, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Maintains HR Payroll records in an easily retrievable manner.
B- Ensure compliance to WFP recruitment guidelines/ SOP’s, provide expert recruitment advice to stakeholders.
C- Resourcing support to Peshawar office (PO), ensuring that the required support is extended to PO management.
D- Maintain accurate HR data in WFP global ERP and prepare reports (as when required)
Job Requirements:
A- Fluency in both verbal and written communication in English. Ability to effectively communicate in Urdu.
B- Ability to work with minimum supervision and use initiative to perform administrative tasks within broad WFP guidelines and standards.
C- Completion of secondary school education, plus a post-secondary qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or any other relevant field.
D- 5 Years – 7 Years(Five or more years of progressively responsible support work experience in general administrative work, including at least three years in human resources or another related field. Working expertise of HR Information Management systems.)
