1-HR Associate
Full Time
Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Prepares formal acknowledgement, offer and regret letters.
B- Prepares and circulates internal and external advertisements.
C- Liaises with candidates in the various stages of the recruitment process.
D- Initiates and follows up on reference checks and academic verifications and ensuring the completion of other background checks.
Job Requirements:
A- Self-motivated, ability to work with minimum supervision; ability to work with tight deadlines.
B- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Management or related discipline.
C- Excellent oral and written skills; excellent drafting, formulation, reporting skills.
D- At least 6 years of professional work experience at the national and/or international level in human resources or related field or other relevant programmes; experience with UN or other international development organization is an asset.
