Job Responsibilities:
A- Develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management
B- Lead recruitment to make sure DynamoLogic meets its staffing needs
C- Manage contracts, benefits, and HR operations
D- Define, develop and deliver company-wide HR strategies and initiatives that can scale recruiting needs
Job Requirements:
A- Must have strong writing skills
B- Hands-on Experience in Technical/IT Recruitment (will be a plus)
C- 1 – 3 years of HR experience, particularly with Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, and HR operations
D- MBA (HR) from a reputable institution
