Job Responsibilities:
A- Develop and maintain ER toolkits and templates.
B- Responsible for the development and execution of robust engagement agenda for Hattar Plant.
C- Taking the employee engagement agenda to third party and develop a robust engagement plan for them.
D- Responsible for developing and implementing ER Strategy while maintaining sound Employee Relations across organization and especially Industrial peace at Plant.
Job Requirements:
A- Masters with HR background.
B- Negotiations and Influence Skills.
C- Preferably 8+ years in managing Personnel / Industrial relations / Training & Development area in a multi-national or a good local company.
