1- Information Assistant
Full Time
Lahore, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- S/he is responsible for the Help Desk and user support services provided by the Consulate Lahore’s Information Systems Center (ISC).
B- The incumbent is responsible for planning and taking appropriate action to ensure efficient management of the computer systems and Automatic Data Processing (ADP) programs used to support the Mission
C- S/he is also responsible for providing maintenance and support of computer systems, valued at almost $1M dollars and serving 150 users and workstations.
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum five (5) years of work experience in the computer/networking field, customer support, media work, education
B- Completion of University Degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management Systems, Computer Engineering, or related IT field is required
C- Speaking/Reading/Writing in English and Urdu is required. English language skills may be tested.
